As the fearless leader of KSI, Steve’s passion is contagious. With over thirty years in the business environment, it’s not just passion that Steve exudes; it’s a wealth of knowledge as well!
Amy is the Director of Front Stage Operations for KSI’s High Performance Team (HPT) that provides Business Support functions for clients and various Executives on miscellaneous projects.
Jessica is the Director of Backstage Operations for KSI’s High Performance Team (HPT) that provides Business Support functions for clients and various Executives on miscellaneous projects.
Our High Performance Team
KSI Business Solutions brings together a group referred to as the “High Performance Team” (HPT). Our Executive Team first learns about a client’s specific business needs and gaps. Next, they work to build a plan with the client by best aligning talent to meet their vision and goals. Our structure allows an executive or company to leverage various resources on an ongoing or as-needed basis.
Our HPT contractors provide professional services and solutions that leverage operational support. This allows our client to save time, money, and valuable resources to increase productivity and focus on their business.
Ciana provides business support functions for clients including financial management support, strategic planning, technology initiatives, and implementing best practices to streamline processes.
Christina is a member of KSI’s High Performance Team (HPT) as a Talent Scout and Executive Assistant. In these roles Christina provides business support functions for clients including day to day administrative tasks and recruiting services.
Ann is a team member of KSI’s High Performance Team (HPT) that provides Business Support functions for clients and various Executives on miscellaneous projects.
Trish Raap Trish joined the KSI’s High Performance Team (HPT) in 2023 as a HR Solutions Partner providing leadership and support to KSI clients.
